We have a **Strict Cancellation Policy** (please read below):

Your appointments are very important to us!

A substantial amount of a therapist’s time is reserved when you book an appointment. All of our therapists are Independent Contractors and are paid per client.  A late cancellation or missed appointment could have been filled by another patient in need if sufficient notice was given.

Butterfly strives to provide care in a way that best meets your families needs and schedules.  However, missed appointments and frequent cancellations ultimately impact our ability to provide quality care.  We understand that situations may arise that will require you to cancel an appointment.  While we appreciate as much notice as possible, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, regardless of the circumstances, will be billed a standard fee of $25.  Missed appointments without prior notice will be billed the full appointment fee.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Late Client Policy

 At Butterfly, our goal is to make every clinic visit fun and effective.   Late clients impact the quality of care by reducing direct time with the therapist. If you’re late, we will make every effort to see you for the remainder of the scheduled time, however the full appointment fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call 905-206-0300 or email info@butterflytherapy.com at least 24 hours in advance.  We will pick up messages outside of business hours.
