We had such a positive experience working with Sandy after a difficult start with another provider at a different clinic. From the very first session, Sandy was incredibly kind, warm, and personable, which immediately put both myself and my 1 year-old daughter at ease.
Over the course of 6+ months working together, Sandy showed so much patience, meeting my daughter exactly where she was. She made each session feel engaging and supportive rather than stressful. Her approach was thoughtful allowed our daughter to take the lead while still moving her forward to meet age appropriate milestones. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which built a lot of trust.
Most importantly, we saw huge gains over the course of our time working with Sandy. It truly felt like she was invested in our daughter's success.

My son Malachi Martin-White does speech therapy with Nikki Warren and she's amazing. My son talks a lot more and starting to be more clear with his speech. He also does occupational therapy with Kimberly on Sundays. I can honestly say the help my son is getting is helping a lot. I appreciate all the help I can get for my son Malachi.

Can't recommend Butterfly Therapy and Sandy enough! Had our first consultation for our infant today and she asked such important questions going back to pregnancy and all of baby's medical history. She took her time to check over the baby and his motor skills development before moving on to the area of concern 🙂 She also provided us with exercises sheets and oversaw me and my spouse could replicate these comfortably. This is what true healthcare looks like! I am very grateful to this kind, patient and professional therapist, can't wait to see you again Sandy

Cassandra has been absolutely wonderful with my 3-year-old. From the very beginning, she made my daughter feel comfortable and excited to come to her physiotherapy sessions. My daughter genuinely looks forward to seeing her, which says so much about the kind of therapist Cassandra is.
She is incredibly creative with her exercises and turns everything into fun, engaging activities that feel more like play than therapy. It’s amazing to see how easily she connects with my daughter while still being so thoughtful and intentional with her treatment.

We had such a great experience with Elina. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in our daughter’s progress. She is very knowledgeable and she always took the time to explain exercises and answer our questions in a way that was easy to understand. The entire experience felt professional yet warm and personal.
The clinic staff were also wonderful—always responsive, organized, and helpful whenever we had scheduling questions or needed clarification.

We are having a great experience at Butterfly Physiotherapy. I took my daughter in when she was around 2.5 months old after noticing a neck tilt. The stretches we were given showed improvement after one week. In addition being extremely knowledgeable, Cassandra is so great with my daughter. My daughter is so smiley every time we go, despite doing stretches and exercises!

We’ve brought both of our kids to see Elina. She is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and gave us great home exercises to follow through with the treatment plan. Can’t recommend her enough!

Horrible experience at Butterfly Paediatric Therapy! They refused to offer me a full refund for the sessions in which they wasted our time and money, dwelling on theory and speculations to try to treat our four-year-old son. This is not acceptable! We're lodging formal complaints against them with the COTO and BBB, and we'll also resort to litigation if necessary.

We had an excellent experience with Elina. She treated our premature son with so much care and professionalism, and we felt confident in her from the very first visit. Elina is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. She was also very accommodating and made sure our son was comfortable at every step. We are truly grateful for her support and highly recommend her to any family looking for an outstanding paediatric therapist.
